Interview with a Chaos Magician

Mark Smith in Conversation

Tonight Christina Oakley Harrington interviews Mark Smith, a longstanding independent chaos magician. Influenced deeply by the pioneers of the movement (Pete Carroll and others), Mark has a laser-like focus on results - actual, meaningful change, and the innovatiive ways of creating shifts that make change occur. He uses studies in the psychology of human behaviour -- with qualifications in NLP and clinical hypnosis -- bringing these to his chaos magic in a direct, no-nonsense way. Tonight he'll be talking about how he was drawn to chaos magic, how he developed in it, what he has used it for, how he sees magic, and what his practice today consists in. Mark is an engaging and down-to-earth magician. He is also a professional rock drummer and a avid gym addict. And a clinical hypnotist specialising in so-called 'impossible' cases.
