Professor John Schad gives a reading from his latest book, the documentary novel "The Late Walter Benjamin"


"The Late Walter Benjamin" is a documentary novel set on a council estate in post-war London. It also explores Benjamin's theology and Marxist thinking while he was in exile from Nazi Germany in the 1930s.

This is the second in the series of Ideas Allowed talks. Will Self will be giving the third talk on October 17 2012 at Hull's Orchard Park Centre.
