Domestic Modernity: British Homes & Gardens 1900-1960

7-Week Evening Class

Specialist lecturers from Middlesex University examine the impact of ideas about modernity & modernism on everyday homes in the first half of the twentieth century.

The weekly lecture is followed by the opportunity for discussion.

No previous knowledge is necessary, though an interest in twentieth-century design will be an advantage.
