Ayurveda - Weekend Seminar

The science of Ayurveda and its Applications

Ayurveda is the oldest personalised medical system of preventive medicine and health promotion, which also provides treatment for disease. Ayurveda, which means “science of life”, is considered as a form of “complementary medicine”, but has a long documented history and has been practised in India for at least 4,000 years.
We are very pleased to host this comprehensive and integrative seminar by Dr. Eduardo Cardona-Sanclemente, academic and scientist in both Ayurveda and Western medicine and Scientific Director of the Ayurvedic Practitioners Association UK.
After this weekend, you will have both a theoretical and practical understanding of the principles and key concepts of Ayurveda and how to apply them in your daily routine in order to maintain/improve your health and well-being.
