A celebration of meditation that includes a Panel Discussion with some of London's best meditation teachers and a 24-hour Meditation Marathon.
The Meditation Festival includes a Panel Discussion beginng at 3:00pm on Saturday, December 8, with some of London's best meditation teachers and a 24-hour Meditation Marathon that starts at 6:00pm Saturday and ends at 6:00pm Sunday, December 9. Participants can come for as long or as short as they like. Guided meditations, audios and a structured progrmme will make this an ideal opportunity for new and experienced meditators.
