THE PRESENTER Linda Lee has been a teacher and practitioner of Raja Yoga meditation for 30 years and co-ordinates the activities of the Brahma Kumaris on the south coast. She shares from her heart with honesty, simplicity and a depth of wisdom gained from her practical experience of using the power of meditation in her life.
