The Mood Gym: Boost Your feel Good Factor

Give your mood a workout. Shift and lift your mood to boost your fee-good factor.


Moods are put to the test everyday, everywhere and by everyone. And sometimes moods crash for no reason.

When we’re in a mood, sometimes we look for things to fuel the bad mood. Sometimes we share the bad mood with others. You do know that you don’t have to? Snap out of it!

Head to your inner gym and give your mood a workout. Shift and lift your mood.

Exercise your mood regularly and get emotionally fit. Boost your feel-good factor.

Join the mood gym to discover daily exercises to strengthen and tone your mood muscles, mood workouts you can do at work, at home and anywhere in between and how to work your way out of a bad mood.
