In a series of imaginative workshops this course aims to guide you through a
series of marketing ideas and theories. Whether you are promoting yourself,
a business, an exhibition or arts project the ability to generate media
interest and raise your profile through developing marketing materials and
strategies will aid you in making a success of your practice or creative
venture. Areas covered will be self-promotion, developing eye catching
publicity material, contacting the press, devising publicity stunts, using
the Internet, developing mailing lists, connecting with your audience or
clients, and planning a marketing campaign.
