London is the Place for me, London Liming: Independence!

Where spoken word meets Carnival

Where spoken word meets Carnival

London Liming encourages you to go with the flow, take in your surroundings and experience some of the most exciting voices in spoken word. At this festival finale, poets, wordsmiths, musicians, duettists, and prose writers Raymond Antrobus, Jay Bernard, Burt Caesar, Colin Grant, Maggie Harris, Hannah Lowe, Marc Matthews, Philip Nanton, Alexander D Great, Melanie Abrahams with music by Psykhomantus, explore and assert their independence.

“The people that attend are often as interesting to watch as the acts up on stage. Liming never ceases to amaze, to inspire and to pull out of the hat the ‘something other.” Literature Lounge
