This panel will analyse and compare international approaches to staging difficult pasts across major theatres and museums.

This panel will analyse and compare international approaches to staging difficult pasts across major theatres and museums, including the Teatre Lliure (Barcelona) and the Cricoteka & Ethnographic Museum (Krakow).

Maria Delgado (Royal Central School of Speech and Drama) and Bryce Lease (Royal Holloway) will consider how historical memory is given dramatic shape or performatively confronted by theatre makers and curators primarily through narrative and object.
