Ella is an award-winning business, project and operations director who, after earning a degree in Mechanical engineering and a Masters of Science in Racing Engineer Design, went on to build a successful career in the ambitious and male-dominated world of professional motorsport and engineering. Today Ella is a business leader, consultant and project manager, Associate Lecturer, professional speaker and advocate for diversity and inclusion in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
Join us to hear Ella speak on the very timely topic of diversity and stories from STEM, and will offer practical measures for making the workplace more diverse.
This lecture is a collaboration between The Oxford Circle and The Media Circle and all money raised through ticket donations will go directly to The Circle’s Women and Girls Solidarity fund, an appeal set up to support women who have been disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
