Wednesday Late View: Celebrating Preservation: National Heritage Memorial Fund

The highlights of the National Heritage Memorial Fund.


Over the past 25 years the NHMF, set up as a memorial to British citizens killed in war, has bought and preserved a huge variety of places and objects, from Kedleston Hall to the Bluebird speedboat. Giles Waterfield, a Trustee of the Fund, reflects on the highlights.
