Art, Craft or Curio? A general introduction to African art.

New NADFAS lecturer Nirvana Romell will introduce the complex and often mysterious subject of African art

This is the fifth in our series of CityArts lectures, which target London based 25 - 45 year olds with an interest in the Arts.
Nirvana Romell spent ten years living in South Africa, during which she delved into the continent's art. In this lecture, she provides an appreciation and understanding of the subject, and attempts to clear up the confusion and misconceptions surrounding it.
No previous knowledge is required but curiosity and an open mind are absolutely necessary!
