Playing to Win - Workshop

Playing to Win is a one-day workshop designed to allow participants to practice their team-playing skills in a fail-safe environment away from their workplace.


Playing to Win is based on methodology developed at the MIT Sloan School of Management with over 50 years of research in the behaviour of small groups.

Topics to be covered:
The characteristics of highly effective teams
Why team decisons are better than those of individuals
How to develop your own team-participation style
What factors in your own life influence your participation in teams
