A look at the Canadian artist, David Milne. Shown in conjunction with the special exhibition, David Milne Watercolours: "Painting toward the Light"


Michael Tooby, Director of the National Museum and Gallery, Cardiff, discusses the contrast between the reclusive artist David Milne’s pursuit of the idea of the single-minded artist and his attitude to ‘national’ projects like Canada’s War Records Scheme.
