HR Issues in R&D: Special Interest Group seminar

Four speakers discuss HR issues in research and development – from graduate expectations to overcoming barriers in promoting and managing change.


A seminar for all those interested in recruitment and retention of research staff, this R&D Society SIG meeting explores a variety of issues in the management of staff. The event includes four presentations and a discussion with the panel and the attendees.

The Special Interest Group of the Research and Development Society aims to encourage and facilitate UK organisations to identify and implement Innovation and R&D Best Practice wherever possible, arranging regular workshops and presentations.
