Greta Stoddart was born in Henley-on-Thames
and grew up in Belgium and Oxford. Her first
collection, At Home in the Dark (Anvil, 2001) won
The Geoffrey Faber Memorial Prize and was
shortlisted for the Forward Prize for Best First
Collection. She is currently Writer-in-Residence
at Exeter University.
