Images 30 exhibition talks:Illustrators & Commissioners in dialogue - from brief to roughs to final

Organised on the occasion of the Images 30 exhibition, this series of talks focuses on the working relationship between commissioners and illustrators.


This first in a series of three talks, organised on the occasion of the Images 30 exhibition, sees Jonny Hannah, illustrator in conversation with William Webb, Design Director, Bloomsbury Publishing. Illustrator and commissioner will exchange views about their artwork in the exhibition and discuss how the initial idea and brief evolved into the final artwork, revealing the challenges of the commissioning process.
