Roméo Dallaire will reflect on his 1994 experience with the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda (UNAMIR) and on the UN’s position in the world today.

Lt Gen the Hon Roméo Dallaire was appointed to the Canadian Senate in March 2005 where he sits as a member of the Liberal Party of Canada, following a distinguished military career.
