Doctoral Inaugural Lecture

Final event in the first series of Doctoral Inaugural Lectures at the University of Leicester. These lectures celebrate and showcase PhD graduates who are both outstanding academically, and able to present their work in a way that is accessible and engaging to a wider University audience.


Salil Gunashekar (Engineering) will deliver his lecture 'Weather, Waves and Wireless: radio propagation over the sea', and Mohamoud Mohamoud (Chemistry) will deliver his lecture 'Conducting Polymers: smart materials with nanotechnology applications'

The evening will be introduced by Professor Kevin Lee (Graduate Dean) and will be followed by a reception in the Piazza.
