The panel will examine the major findings of this year's Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) Yearbook.

Bates Gill is director of SIPRI. Lord Malloch-Brown is minister for Africa, Asia and the UN. Sam Perlo-Freeman is a researcher with the SIPRI Arms Production Project.
