The Bill of Rights and Responsibilities Debate: the Government’s perspective

Michael Wills MP, Justice Minister for Human Rights, talks about "Perspectives on a Bill of Rights and Responsibilities"

The Government's Green Paper on a Bill of Rights and Responsibilities is due to be published before Easter. Do these proposals pose a threat to the Human Rights Act or can the proposals extend our rights and freedoms? Michael Wills MP, the Minister responsible for human rights, tells us what he wants a Bill of Rights to achieve. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
