The iconographies of identity:contemporary art and the mythologies of ‘Mexicanness’

Oriana Baddeley, University of Arts London Research Centre for Transnational Art, Identity and Nation, will look at the ways in which contemporary artists have chosen to address their Mexican heritage, including the conquest, independence and the revolution.
