The Practice and Value of Meditation

A day seminar designed to give you a full immersion into the practice of meditation along with an understanding of why meditation is so important for leading an engaged life in the 21st Century.

In this day seminar you’ll discover not only how to meditate but, more importantly, how meditation supports a creative, engaged life. Experienced practitioners will guide you through periods of meditation followed by group discussion into how meditation fuels a wholehearted embrace of life in the 21st Century. Based on the teachings of Evolutionary Enlightenment, meditation in the context of an evolutionary perspective opens up a whole new orientation to both one’s spiritual yearnings and innate care for the world.
