Philippe Parreno: A Conference about Construction of Character

Organised in collaboration with the Serpentine Gallery on the occasion of their Philippe Parreno exhibition (25 November – 13 February), this conference will be held in the presence of Philippe Parreno and Hans Ulrich Obrist, director of the Serpentine Gallery, alongside leading academics, film directors and writers. Born in 1964, Philippe Parreno rose to prominence in the 1990s, earning critical acclaim for his work, which employs a diversity of media including film, sculpture, performance and text.

Followed by a special screening of the artist’s works at 6.00pm in presence of Philippe Parreno.
