Lunch with Ching-He Huang

Talk, Demonstration and Sampling

With her trademark passion, the star of BBC’s Chinese Food Made Easy, Ching-He Huang, brings a new and exciting dimension to Chinese cooking with her latest book.

Fusing Chinese and Western culture in over 100 healthy recipes, interspersed with anecdotes, Chinese superstition and etiquette, fast food never looked better, or more healthy as it does with Ching’s recipes.

Ching will take us on a culinary journey that blends ancient and modern, experimentation and intuition, to make classic Chinese takeaway refreshingly accessible for you at home.

Ticket price includes talk, demonstration and samples from the book’s recipes.

This event is limited to 30 people.
