Songkran Festival and Buddhist New Year

Asia House in Association with the Anglo-Thai Society
Present An Evening of Talk, Thai Classical Music and Dance PerformanceTo celebrate the Songkran Festival and Buddhist New Year.


Join us for an evening of Thai Classical Music, Dance and food. The event also features a talk by naturalist Belinda Stewart-Cox, who will discuss her work on the conservation of elephants in Thailand.
Guests will also be invited to participate in the traditional ceremony of ‘Song Nam Phra’, the pouring of scented water over a Buddha image.
There will be Thai Classical music and Thai dance performances.
Refreshments, including Thai food and wine will be served (included in the ticket price).
