Gender Institute series of ‘Conversations’ to welcome the Women’s Library: past, present and future


Money and material resources are unequally distributed throughout the world. This conversation discusses the part that gender plays in this universal pattern and the ways in which gendered financial inequality can be challenged.

Diane Elson is professor of sociology at the University of Essex.

Ruth Lister is emeritus professor of social policy at Loughborough University.
