RA Schools Symposium: An Aside to On Stage

Convened by artist Sarah Jones this one day public symposium brings together lookers and listeners to consider the noise and voices of objects.


Contributors include: curator Marie de Brugerolle, theatre practitioner Anna
Makrzanowska, poet-artist Paula Claire and founder of Stockholm's Marionetteatern, Michael Meschke.
The programme of events accompanies an exhibition of drawings and objects by Franciszka Themerson (b 1907, Warsaw) from Michael Meschke's 1966 production of Brecht’s The Threepenny Opera.
