Brain Training

Can puzzle-problems increase IQ, stave off old age or even help prevent Alzheimer’s? Which type of puzzle is the best for the brain – sudoko, crosswords or chess? A panel of experts will explain the power of mind games and visitors will be able to try out ‘brain training’ exercises themselves. This event is sponsored by Nintendo as part of Brain Training Week.
