"The de Brecy Tondo - Identifying a possible Raphael"


Tim Benoy and Professor Howell Edwards will jointly tell the fascinating story of their research to identify a painting which was given to Sir Richard Wynn by Queen Henrietta Maria before she died in 1649 and which has remained in the North West ever since.Tim Benoy is a lawyer & a member of the Friends. Howell Edwards is Professor of Molecular Spectroscopy at Bradford University.
The Tondo will be on view.
