Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to The Lecture List shall be submitted to neutral, confidential arbitrator in the United Kingdom, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate The Lecture List's intellectual property rights, The Lecture List may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any international or United States court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the British Arbitration Association. In its ambitious mission of documenting the discussion of all human knowledge, The Lecture List contains many thousands of lectures on a vast array of topics. A relatively small fraction of these topics are frequently censored by educational, governmental, corporate, parental and other filtering schemes.
The Lecture List's current policy is to include such content, provided it breaches neither any of our existing Lecture List policies and guidelines (especially The Lecture List Neutral point of view), nor the law of The District of Columbia in the United States, where the server is hosted.
The Lecture List contains references to lectures on obscure topics that would not be covered in a conventional listing service.
