The school now has 4 professional kitchens, a demonstration room that can seat up 40, a library of cooking literature and a student dining room.
The School offers a one year professional Diploma in Food and Wine, it is an intensive course designed for those looking for a career in food. There are also a number of short classes arranged at times to suit busy individuals, from weekend, day and evening classes to week long classes.
