Conflict Research Group and LSE Research on South East Europe public lecture
Currently leading a research project on 'Exit Strategies and Peace Consolidation', Richard Caplan will analyse the lessons of the past for an exit strategy in Afghanistan.
Richard Caplan is professor of international relations and official fellow of Linacre College. He is also director of the Centre for International Studies.
