Consciousness & Cosmos: From the Innermost to the Outermost

Bernard Carr and Chris Parish in dialogue

What does a cosmologist and philosophical enquirer have in common with a spiritual adept and exponent of the nondual? Bernard Carr, a bold free-thinker and expert on multiverse theory brings a career of scientific endeavour to explore with Chris Parish the interaction and overlap between the domains of science and spirit.

Carr and Parish have each traversed widely differing pathways to arrive at this intersection. Parish, a committed life-long practitioner of enlightenment has come to his understandings and insights through direct experience and guiding and teaching others. Carr, a professor of mathematics and astronomy at Queen Mary, University of London, Chair of the Scientific and Medical Network and former President of the Society for Psychical Research has a lifetime of scholarship to underpin his thinking and in-depth knowledge as to how the universe unfolded over time.

Find out how these two authorities in their own fields see the world and our place in it, discover how their worldviews enrich and augment each other, and witness creative dialogue in action. Join Bernard Carr and Chris Parish in dialogue at the EnlightenNext UK Centre in Islington.
