Standpoint Gallery: Fiona MacDonald
Artist, Curator & Winner of British School of Rome Residency, 2011


Fiona MacDonald lives and works in London. Since 2006 she has been curator of Standpoint Gallery in Hoxton, devising new projects such as Standpoint Futures development residencies for regional UK artists, as well as overseeing the gallery programme and the Mark Tanner Sculpture Award. Her own practice encompasses painting and sculpture. Fiona was Abbey Fellow in Painting at the British School at Rome in 2011. Solo shows include Works from the mirrored series, 10 Gresham Street, 2011-12; Morphology, Maddox Arts 2009; Anthropoflora, Long & Ryle 2007 and Habitat, Phoenix Brighton, 2006.
