Intercapillary Places: Poetry at Parasol unit
Poet and writer James Wilkes will discuss his current research into lines & landscape, part of on-going studies for his PhD in Humanities and Cultural Studies at the London Consortium. Recent publications include Reviews (Burner Veer, 2009) and Weather A System (Penned in the Margins, 2009). He will be joined by poet Andrew Duncan who has published poetry since the 1970âs including In a German Hotel, Anxiety Before Entering a Room and Sound Surface. More recently he has produced literary criticism including The Failure of Conservatism in Modern British Poetry (Salt) and Centre and Periphery in Modern British Poetry (Liverpool UP).
