Howarth Woodwind Day with Christopher Redgate: reedmaking workshop and masterclass

Day includes a lunchtime recital from oboist Christopher Redgate, a reedmaking workshop and masterclass, plus trade stands open from 10am.


Oboist Christopher Redgate performs a lunchtime recital (1.00pm, Lord Rhodes Room) as part of this day of events presented by Howarth of London, woodwind specialist makers and retailers. Christopher, who has been described as having "extraordinary exploratory technical brilliance" (Music Web), has established himself over the last 25 years as an interpreter of contemporary music as both soloist and chamber musicain. In addition to a reedmaking workshop and masterclass, trade stands will be open throughout the day.
