Africa Talks
Drawing on his unique experience as an MP, a peer, a Labour Minister and the grandson of a Ghanaian coco farmer, Lord Boateng will explore how aid to Africa can be used to empower producers instead of fostering dependency.
Paul Boateng served as the British high commissioner to South Africa from March 2005 to May 2009 and was the UK's first black Cabinet Minister.
