Chaired by Nick Ross, a panel discussion featuring Ann Dowling (University of Cambridge), Deidre Hutton (National Consumers Council), Doug Parr (Greenpeace), Ian Pearson (BT Futurologist) will explore the benefits and uncertainties of the development of nanotechnologies highlighted by the recent Royal Society report on ‘Nanoscience and nanotechnologies: opportunities and uncertainties’ published on 29 July 2004.
