Empathy@Work programme based on the Nonviolent Communication process
Human consciousness is taking a step to a new level where independence and inter-dependence are intensively interwoven. Various leadership and organizational development theories state that the missing link to develop a sustainable way of living and working whilst achieving high performance through mindful leadership, compassionate communication and willing collaboration is right inside us. It is the power of empathy, our emotional intelligence, which is based on our fundamental nature as empathic human beings
Our Empathy@Work programme is based on the Nonviolent Communication process developed by Marshall Rosenberg and the Mindfulness process developed by Jon Kabat Zinn
