Centre for the Study of Human Rights public lecture
This lecture explores the politicisation of irregular migrants over the last two decades and describes the rise of the stateless citizen as an exemplary form of cosmopolitan citizenship.
Andreas Kalyvas is an associate professor of politics at the New School for Social Research, New York.
Ayça Ãubukçu is a lecturer on human rights at LSE.
