This week, neuroscientist Tim Shakespeare will explore the unexpected relationship between Alzheimerâs disease and sight, a connection often missed amid assumptions the disease first affects the memory. Urvashi Vashist (UCL Department of English Language and Literature), looks at the tensions between life writing and fictional narratives in Virginia Woolfâs war diaries.
