Series of short presentations on the amazing Frieda Harris
This evening is dedicated to the Thoth Tarot deck's artist, Frieda Harris. Several presenters will give short talks and slides, revealing information never published about Harris' life, and offering new insights into the deck and it composition in the 1940s under the supervision of Aleister Crowley. It is an occasion to celebrate one of Thelema's most influential, yet unsung, female heroes with wine, song, cake and Assam tea (all will be revealed on the night as to why the last item is significant).
