The Date in your Diet

Dates – highly nutritious and more interesting than you may think.

Dates – Enjoy a lunch based on some of the foods included in the talk while listening to Richard Marshall and Abdollah Ghavami from London Metropolitan University. You will discover more about the varieties, world production and sustainability through such uses as biofuels, powdered date seeds used in flour.
