Dates â“ Enjoy a lunch based on some of the foods included in the talk while listening to Richard Marshall and Abdollah Ghavami from London Metropolitan University. You will discover more about the varieties, world production and sustainability through such uses as biofuels, powdered date seeds used in flour. Dates are highly nutritious with various health properties and can be incorporated with other foods. Find out about cooking with dates and what foods and drinks they are eaten with.
