It comes down to self belief. It’s the courage to find your own personal identity. Finding the strength inside yourself to be yourself, rather than, following others. It’s always the original that is the most valuable. This is a talk that will explore how to bring out the ‘original’ in you!

THE SPEAKER Linda Lee has been a teacher and practitioner of Raja Yoga meditation for 30 years and co-ordinates the activities of the Brahma Kumaris on the south coast. She shares from her heart with honesty, simplicity and a depth of wisdom gained from her practical experience of using the power of meditation in her life.
