Touching base with the things that really matter to us
26/01/2013 18:00 - 19:30
Sometimes we unexpectedly see, think, or hear something that brings a smile to our faces. Such smiles come from deep within and makes their way to our lips and eyes. Smiles like that take you into a special space where, you feel both strong and kind at the same time, where no challenge is too much, where life feels meaningful.
However, there always seems to be something or someone demanding our attention. Days, weeks, months go by and we find that we havenât given time to the things that make life really enjoyable. Join Maureen Goodman for an exploration of how to discover and stay connected to the things that things that make us smile and really matter to us.
Maureen is Programme Director for the Brahma Kumaris (UK). She is an internationally sought after speaker who has been teaching Raja Yoga Meditation for over 30 years.
