Conflict Research Group and Research on South East Europe LSEE panel discussion


This discussion coincides with the launch of an edited volume by Lord Owen disclosing selected documents from his archive while cochairman of the International Conference on the former Yugoslavia.

David Owen is the former foreign secretary and an independent crossbencher in the House of Lords.

James Gow is professor of international peace and security at King’s College London.

David Madden is a former British diplomat and senior member of St Antony’s College, Oxford.
