As Karen unveils the thrills of the great tournaments, museum visitors will:

Discover King Henry VIII’s love of tournament, his favourite events and own expertise shown at the Field of Cloth of Gold

Explore the development of these deadly sporting events – from battle training to a royal spectacle

Learn the contrasts between jousts of peace and those of war
