Big Changes In Hertfordshire’s Birds – Analysis Of Results From The Atlas.

A talk looking at studies of Hertfordshire's breeding birds revealing fascinating discoveries about changes in the county's bird life.

Between 2008 and 2012, the Herts Bird Club conducted their third county-wide breeding bird atlas, allowing comparisons with similar work carried out 20 and 40 years previously. For the first time, winter season distribution data was also collected. In this talk Chris Dee, who organised the project, presents the results and discusses what has been discovered about changes in the county's bird life.
